Availability of merchandise is subject to change or discontinuance without notice. 

Order Changes or Cancelations

Once an order has been processed, changes or cancelations may not be possible.  Contact us & we will let you know if it can be done or not.

Shipping Charges

Multiple quantities of items that result in oversize package(s) (heavy and/or large equipment, etc.) will be manually charged additional shipping to cover actual shipping costs.  You will be notified in advance of these charges.

Returns:

Customer must contact us via email within 7 days for a return authorization prior to any return.   Please be sure to indicate your name, whether it is an exchange or return, the item(s), & the reason(s).  Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges in advance to receive any item(s) back that are returned to us without a return authorization.

 

If customer doesn't want or misorders:

Items for embroidery or printing:  

bulletUndecorated items may be returned or exchanged for size and/or color, subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping/handling charges cannot be refunded.  (Manufacturer defects excepted.)  
bulletDecorated items are custom and cannot be returned, unless we make a mistake or there is a manufacturer defect.

 

Return/Exchange for manufacturer defect or if we make a mistake:

bulletCan be exchanged for exactly the same item only. 
bulletWe will specify shipping method in return authorization & refund actual amount paid for this method.

All items must be in new condition & received within 30 days of the date of the return authorization.  Items should be returned in their original packaging & have all tags still attached, if originally included.  Item(s) that show damage other than from manufacturer defects will not be refunded & buyer pays shipping in advance to receive item(s) back.

Restocking fees,  non-return of shipping/handling charges, & any additional fees incurred by us applies to orders returned due to incorrectly provided address. Since they are unique, personalized items cannot be returned but can be exchanged for exactly the same item if we make a mistake or there is a manufacturer defect . 

 

How to Return:

bulletUpon receipt, we will notify you of receipt & process applicable refund.

How to Exchange:

bulletShip item(s) back. (You are responsible for shipping costs, except for manufacturer defect or if we make a mistake.)
bulletUpon receipt, we will notify you of receipt.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for returns to be processed.

 

International Orders

bulletAll duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:

bulletIf a shipment is returned to us because the address you provided in your order is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the order to a corrected address.  We will contact you to obtain a correct address and approval for the additional shipping charge.
bulletIf you choose not to have the order shipped again, we will refund the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.  (Shipping will not be refunded.)
bulletIf a shipment is returned to us because you refuse delivery, we will refund your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.  (Shipping will not be refunded.)  We will not attempt to ship your order a second time.

Any return sent to us not in accordance with this policy will be refused; or if the package gets opened, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges in advance to receive item(s) back.
